The Kershaw Baptist Association has mud-out, chainsaw and assessment units. We work in cooperation with the South Carolina Baptist Convention and American Red Cross when responding to a disaster situation. Volunteers must be trained to work with a unit. Training is available through KBA, as well as SCBC. Our teams have been involved in numerous disaster response situations.
